The Estate Planning lawyer and Co-Founder of the EP Sales System - Elliot built a 7 figure Estate Planning Firm from scratch in just 3 years. Regularly billing 100K months with only 1 full time staff member using the EP Sales System that he designed and built from the ground up.

Elliot’s drive to help families never end up in probate court or in conflict after a death of a loved one – after he saw what happened with his own family – saw him follow a path that almost seems pre-determined – firstly law school, then into solo practice as an estate planning lawyer.

But all is not roses and sunshine as a lawyer. The harsh realities of finding enough new clients to keep the doors open soon set in. Traditional advice and coaching for lawyer marketing was to network, send postcards and hold in person events, none of which worked as well as was advertised on the box!

Thus, Elliot set out on a mission to find a mentor so he could learn all about ‘real world’ marketing.

With over $100 million dollars in product and service sales, all driven from his high converting copywriting and industry disruptive sales system designs, Martin is an expert salesman, consultant, and strategist.  Martin says his ability to figure out peoples exact ‘why’, and then develop a system around it, is what separates him from the legions of other marketing gurus.

Martin and Elliot quickly became friends as Martin saw a passion and drive in Elliot, that not only impressed him, but reminded him of himself at that age.  

So, the real work began - spending every spare moment on the phone and zoom, 1000’s of hours of strategizing, to discover the core reasons why people seek out estate planning services.  

Martin highlighted the biggest ‘flaw’ in marketing for estate planning lawyers, which was the constant time needed for 1-to-1 sales.  One client, one meeting and one sale at a time.  He challenged that notion.

Effective sales processes should be designed to allow the most qualified and ravenous buyers to raise their hand, to identify themselves, and to draw these people into your universe in numbers.  No more wasted time with tire kickers, price shoppers and those that simply cannot afford your services.
